Applicant's highest/most recent degree scroll or transcript
CV/Resume
Two Personal Statements (one informs motivation and the other informs potential research topic)
Two Referee Reports

Copies of the above supporting documents are to be scanned and emailed to us at soe_dba@smu.edu.sg.
