Local job sites are ramping up their services to cater to a hot labour market and have seen an increase in user traffic in the past six months. Job seeker Tang Xuan Xiu, 24, who recently completed a degree in economics at the SMU, said she likes using job websites as “it is fuss-free” and “it also helps when the sites send out email notifications when job descriptions that match your stated preferences are posted”.
