First-rate, not First World, MPs and govt

Augustine Tan, Professor of Economics, argues that Singapore needs first-rate MPs and government, and not First World ones that are rapidly becoming Third World, with gridlock politics, sovereign indebtedness and unsustainable welfare health programmes.
