Farewell to a 'jolly good' teacher

SMU Professor of Economics Winston Koh, a former student of Mr Lionel Barnard, gave a short speech at a lunch-time celebration yesterday, thanking Mr Barnard for introducing him to economics and setting him on the path to becoming an economics professor.
