In his weekly column, SMU Adjunct Professor Dr Larry Haverkamp focussed on bonds. He said investors get a good deal on bonds. Over time, bonds pay less than stocks and property but the return is predictable. Bonds are also the best way to reduce volatility when you add them to any portfolio.
